Announcing 1-Comm, our answer to telecoms frustrations

Craig Atkins • July 15, 2021

Are you fed up with sub-standard service from your telecoms providers?

We certainly are!
In the last few months we've been dealing with various suppliers on behalf of our own clients and the overall feeling we have come away with is that getting issues resolved is like walking through a treacle filled lake, with flippers on, and your legs tied together. It's really not fun, and not funny either when having no internet or communications is affecting your ability to talk and transact with your own customers.

A few of our IT support clients have been asking us "We love your support team and commitment to customer service. Why don't you guys do your own telecoms package?" which made us think... yeah, we could do that.

So without further ado, I'm pleased to announce the launch of 1-Comm, the broadband and telephony service from 1-Fix!

1-Comm from 1-Fix Limited

What will 1-Comm do differently? Paragraph

The primary difference between ourselves and the larger communications companies is our attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction. 1-Comm clients will work with our excellent team of support engineers to ensure smooth installations, fast problem resolution, and on those times when things don't go right we'll go the extra mile to get you working - for example by providing emergency 4G connectivity and a loan router should you have persistent issues with your service.

We're taking the treacle filled lake, draining it and filling it with glacier water - plus giving you a pair of water-skis and a speedboat to get across it smoothly and in record time.

The products and services we'll be offering under 1-Comm are:

Connectivity

  • Broadband lines (for the techies: ADSL, FTTC)
  • Fibre to the premises (FTTP)
  • Ethernet / Leased Line circuits
  • MPLS

Telephony

  • VoIP services (cloud hosted phone system)
  • Microsoft Teams Calling (Business Voice / Direct Routing)
  • Analogue lines
  • Call billing

If you're out of contract on your current telephony or internet connectivity and would like to sample what a boutique, service-first telecoms company is like, please get in touch as we'd love to get you across the lake to join us!
