We have access to a number of VoIP platforms to allow us to provide you with the telephone system that is right for you; whether your requirements are to reduce your current telephony spend, improve your phone system with increased portability or features such as wallboards or call centre functionality, or to bring all of your services under one provider.
We are able to structure deals with providers to provide VoIP hardware with no upfront fee, reducing the cost of switching from a traditional ‘in-house’ phone system to a cloud VoIP solution.
Our friendly technical team are familiar with the VoIP platforms we resell, so we are able to provide first-line support for the phone system along with the IT systems, meaning your staff have one less supplier/helpdesk to deal with, and allowing us to manage faults and escalations.
Finally, if you already have a fixed-line system (sometimes referred to as PSTN or ISDN) that you’re happy to keep, we can provide ‘Lines and Calls’ billing for the service alongside a cost review to ensure you’re not overpaying for your telecoms.
