Our 2023 Highlights

Craig Atkins • December 21, 2023

As 2023 draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on a year filled with significant achievements and exciting developments. From moving offices to winning multiple awards, sponsoring guide dog puppies, enjoying our first company weekend away, and welcoming new staff members, plus so much more, it's been a year of remarkable milestones.

New Beginnings in a New Office

Our year kicked off with a significant change: moving to a new office. This move wasn't just about changing our location to Winnersh Triangle, it was a step towards expanding our capabilities and enhancing our work environment. The new space reflects our growth as a company, providing a modern setting for our team to thrive.

Winning Several Awards!

2023 was a year of recognition for 1-Fix. We are proud to have been named in the top 50 Britain's Best Managed IT Companies for the fifth consecutive year as well as receiving the Network Group Member Initiative of the Year, TVCC Workplace Health & Wellbeing and many other accolades that underscore our commitment to excellence in IT support and customer service.

Sponsoring Guide Dog Puppies

Our community involvement took a delightful turn in mid-2023 as we began sponsoring guide dog puppies. This initiative aligns with our core values of giving back and making a positive impact in the community. The joy and satisfaction of contributing to such a noble cause have been immeasurable, not to mention the glorious pup-dates we receive regularly!

The First 1-Fix Weekend Away

This year also marked our first ever 1-Fix weekend away in Hastings, a fantastic opportunity for team building and relaxation. It was a chance for our staff to bond outside of the work setting, engage in fun activities, and return refreshed and more united than ever. Hopefully it was the first of many...

Welcoming New Faces

2023 saw the arrival of new staff members Jo and Tom B, each bringing fresh perspectives and skills to our team. Their integration has been seamless, and they have already started making significant contributions to our projects and client relations. We're looking forward to working with them more in the years to come.

As we look back on these highlights, we're filled with gratitude for the opportunities 2023 presented. These achievements are not just milestones but stepping stones towards greater success in the future. We eagerly anticipate what 2024 holds for us, ready to embrace new challenges and opportunities with the same passion and dedication that marked this year.
