Our 2023 in Numbers

Lee Dugdale-Shutts • January 3, 2024

2023 was an incredible year for us at 1-Fix Limited so we thought we would share a quick round-up of some of our favourite statistics from the year.

In 2023, we:-

- Had 8,202 helpdesk tickets raised

Our brilliant technicians worked hard to resolve a huge number of tickets last year. That's not all though, that number doesn't even include behind-the-scenes and automatically-raised tickets that we work on in the background to ensure our clients' systems are always running as they should.

- Achieved a 98.9% Customer Satisfaction Rating

We are incredibly proud to say that we ended the year with an astonishing 98.9% customer satisfaction rate for 2023. This is a true testament to the effort our team puts in to every piece of work they do.

- Helped 91 companies

This includes contracted clients across all our plans and our 1-Comm broadband clients too. Our wonderful clients are what makes 1-Fix the company that it is, and we're so glad that we were able to help so many last year!

- Gained 2 new staff members

In June we brought on Jo, our Accounts & Admin Manager, who has been the world of help to the whole team. From sorting all the accounts and billing to organising our parcels and more, she has become such an important part of 1-Fix already.

Towards the end of the year, we brought on our newest IT technician, Tom B, as an apprentice. He has already been lucky enough to chat to some of our clients, and is excited to get to know the rest of them in the coming months.

- Hosted 3 events

We kicked off our events this year for the first time since Covid, and wow did we come back with a bang. We started in March at the Bombay Sapphire Gin Distillery for our Disaster Masterclass, then at Brooklands Museum in June for our Comply, Secure, Succeed event, and ended the year with our event at the Aviator in Farnborough all about getting the most out of your IT in 2024.

We have a few more exciting events happening this year, our first in March. Make sure to visit our Events page to find out more information!
